Working at Omidyar Network as an Associate has allowed me to have a wider perspective and understanding of the work I deeply care about at the nexus of social justice, ethical innovation, and equitable futures for all. It is rewarding to work with partners with ambitious visions to craft, shape, and bring them to life together. In uncovering emergent ideas and learnings, supporting visionaries, and seeding and testing new and alternative ideas, ON pushes for systemic level disruptions and shifts in power; and the skills I am learning and polishing at ON of thoughtful and effective grantmaking, strategic partnerships and communications, and nurturing coalitions, are skills I know I will carry forward in my future.
