As a senior generalist with the People Operations team, Mon coordinates human resources processes and systems with a focus on strengthening the employee experience at Omidyar Network.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Mon served as a senior program director with uAspire, where she helped to establish and grow the organization’s Bay Area office, as well as develop programs, partnerships, and people operations systems. During graduate school, she completed internships at Campus Compact and Jobs for the Future. Earlier in her career, Mon provided direct service to students and families as a college affordability advisor at uAspire and a teaching fellow at Citizen Schools.

Mon holds a B.A. in psychology and education from Bates College and an M.Ed. in education, policy, and management from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
