Joady Lohr serves as director of people operations at Omidyar Network. In this role, Joady leads HR initiatives and programs across the organization, including systems, policies & processes, compensation, benefits, and the employee experience.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Joady served as vice president of human resources at Wikimedia Foundation. In this role, she focused on establishing and growing a global HR function for the organization, as well as defining strategy, policies, and core processes. At Business for Social Responsibility, a global nonprofit, Joady was the director of human resources and member of the executive team. Joady has also managed employee benefits programs for the San Francisco Opera, as well as HR programs and payroll for design firm IDEO.

Joady holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
