Techfestival is reimagining the classic tech conference format, as it takes over Copenhagen’s ambient Meatpacking Districts and runs more than 200 participatory workshops, sessions, stage conversations, demos, exhibitions, and dinners.
Running in parallel to the events is a 150-strong think-tank including startups, funders like Omidyar Network, governments and web legends such as Jean-François Groff, who was part of the original CERN-team creating the World Wide Web.
The results after a 24-hour session will form the Tech Pledge, set to encourage the technology industry forces to rethink positions on pressing topics.
