Allen serves as IT Director for Omidyar Network. In this role, Allen oversees technology operations for Omidyar Network including software and network infrastructure, security, and facilities.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network in 2008, Allen served as director of IT at Optimum Investment Advisors. In this role, he oversaw Optimum’s Information Technology infrastructure and operations in its Chicago and San Francisco locations. Allen began his career at the investment firm of Graver, Bokhof, Goodwin, and Sullivan.

Allen holds a B.S. in information decision sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
