Rebecca Hagos serves as an associate on the Programs team at Omidyar Network. In this role she conducts research and analysis to inform the programmatic portfolio and actively engages across the organization’s investment and stakeholder network.
Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Rebecca served as a research fellow at the Center for Racial Justice where she conducted research on advancing equity policies and their implementation. Most recently, Rebecca leveraged her policy and organizing background to conduct research on economic mobility and coalition building for the Robin Hood Foundation. Previously, she co-founded and managed a rapid response mutual aid fund to support community members facing hardship throughout the pandemic. Earlier in her career, she served as a coordinator in talent acquisition at Asana and Development at The University of Southern California.
Rebecca holds a Master of Public Policy and a certificate in science and technology in public policy from the Gerald R. Ford School at the University of Michigan, where she was a Rackham merit fellow. She earned her B.A. in communications and human rights and equity studies from York University in Toronto, Canada, as a TD scholar.
