Associate, Strategy, Learning, and Impact

As an associate with the Strategy, Learning, and Impact team, Olja conducts research, analysis, facilitation, and builds tools and processes that prioritize learning and adaptation in decision making and organizational strategy.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Olja served as a learning and evaluation officer at Global Fund for Women, where she managed learning and evaluation plans for the global Kaleidoscope Consortium for reproductive justice. Previously, Olja was a grants officer for Malala Fund, the charitable organization founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai. In this role, she supported grantees across four countries, while also designing and implementing data systems to track key metrics. Her other experiences include youth advisor to Comic Relief US; information & data systems fellow for the 2023 Women Deliver Conference; and a research assistant at Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security.

Olja holds a Master’s degree in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.
