As Manager of Portfolio Operations, Caroline Raue works to manage programmatic workflow and related systems across Omidyar Network. She works closely with the programmatic team and functional departments across the firm to improve processes, knowledge management, and operational training materials.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Caroline worked at the Open Society Foundations in the Economic Justice Program where she improved and streamlined operations, managed the program’s budget, and co-led a fund that provided organizations with supplemental operational support. Previously, she worked at Tetra Tech where she provided support to various USAID-funded programs.

Caroline holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Global Studies from St. Lawrence University. She earned her Masters in Public Administration from George Washington University.
