Executive Assistant

Heather Lair serves as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Programs and Policy and the Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Chief Operating Officer. Heather also manages the Washington, DC office.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Heather worked at Meridian Institute, where she helped leaders and teams address public policy and operational challenges by building shared understanding, facilitating collaboration, and supporting execution. She also directed Meridian’s Washington, DC office. Earlier in her career, Heather worked in higher education and served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras.

Heather holds an M.B.A. and an M.S. from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies from Miami University.
