Senior Corporate Counsel

Austin Brown serves as senior corporate counsel on the legal team. In this role, Austin provides legal guidance to Omidyar Network and manages our legal workflow.

Prior to joining ON, Austin was an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, representing clients in a range of real estate and financing transactions. Austin served as general counsel for the 2024 Democratic National Convention and as a lawyer for the Harris-Walz Presidential Transition.

Austin was born and raised in Nashville, TN, obtaining both his B.A. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
