Victoria is a senior manager on the People Operations team at Omidyar Network.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Victoria served as the director of people operations at Medic, driving global people operations across five countries during a large period of transition.

Victoria has over 10 years of experience leading people operations in quickly growing organizations across the globe. Previously, she worked with myAgro during a critical growth stage to lead a global project to increase equity and transparency in compensation strategies for over 730 employees across four countries. Earlier in her career, she established and grew the foundation for all people operations in Tanzania with One Acre Fund during a 450% increase in FTE, establishing vision & strategy, HRIS systems, HR processes and policies, KPIs, and talent management.

She is passionate about creating ambitious, equitable people operations vision and strategies and working with great people to drive results.

Victoria holds a B.A. in political science with a minor in social entrepreneurship from New York University.
