Rizza Bautista serves as senior associate, finance, at Omidyar Network. In this role, Rizza is responsible for treasury management, finance operations, and investment portfolio maintenance. 

Prior to joining the organization, Rizza was a staff accountant for All Industrial Electric Supply. She also served as an accountant for Great American Foods and was an operations manager at Dragon Financial Group. 

Rizza earned a certificate of advanced accounting proficiency from Santa Clara University. She also holds a B.A. in criminal justice studies from San Francisco State University.
