Noah serves as an Associate on the Programs team at Omidyar Network. In this role, he conducts research and analysis to inform the programmatic portfolio, and actively engages across the organization’s investment and stakeholder network to reimagine critical systems and the ideas that govern them.
Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Noah served as Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Civic Nation. In this role he coordinated activations and fundraising efforts with corporate partners to support the organization’s digital equity, gender equity, and civic engagement initiatives. Previously, Noah co-founded and managed the Community-Engaged Research Course at the Historically Black College Huston-Tillotson University and served as a legal analyst at Meta Platforms. Noah has also worked as a host and researcher for UC Berkeley’s “Talk Policy to Me“ podcast and a policy analyst for California Common Cause.
Noah holds a M.P.P. from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and a B.A. in Political Science at Emory University.
