Judy serves as an associate on the Programs team at Omidyar Network. In this role, she conducts research and analysis to inform the programmatic portfolio, and actively engages across the organization’s investment and stakeholder network to reimagine critical systems and the ideas that govern them.
Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Judy served as an account supervisor on the Corporate Affairs and Multicultural practices at Edelman. In this role, she managed client work with Fortune 500 companies and NGOs on societal issues engagement, corporate advisory, and brand and corporate reputation. Previously, Judy worked on the Issue Campaigns and Movements practice at The Raben Group, where she supported corporate and nonprofit organizations with coalition building and management, stakeholder engagement, and policy strategy to advance economic justice, tech equity, and labor rights. Judy began her career as a research fellow for the American Voices Project, a national study led by the Stanford Center on Poverty and Inequality.
Judy earned a B.A. magna cum laude in political science with minors in sociology and gender studies from San Diego State University.
