Jerome serves as an associate on the Programs team at Omidyar Network in Washington, D.C. In this role, he conducts research and analysis to inform the programmatic portfolio and actively engages across the organization’s investment and stakeholder network to contribute to the mission of bending the arc of the digital revolution toward shared power, prosperity, and possibility.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Jerome worked as an associate at Techstars, where he supported early-stage startups and innovation ecosystems. Previously, he served as the digital economy attaché at the Embassy of France to the US, managing tech policy and contributing to the Embassy’s overall mission of fostering transatlantic partnerships. Earlier in his career, Jerome was a cloud policy coordinator for the Microsoft European Government Affairs team,  where he helped the company navigate the complex EU regulatory environment for cloud computing, and advocated for policy solutions.

Jerome holds a joint Master’s degree in Transatlantic Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and the College of Europe, obtained as a Fulbright Scholar. He also holds a Master’s in Economic Law from the Sciences Po Law School in Paris.
