Hieu serves as Director of Finance at Omidyar Network where she oversees financial operations and reporting. Her work ensures regulatory compliance and supports informed decision-making by the organization.
Prior to joining the firm, Hieu was Head of Operations at Metaplex, an NFT protocol that helps users launch and scale their NFT projects and communities. Previously Hieu held finance, sales and operations roles at YCombinator startups focused on mobility and fintech. Earlier in her career, Hieu worked in public accounting at PwC for clients in the nonprofit and CIPS (Commercial and Industrial Products and Services) sectors.
Hieu holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Business-Economics from UCLA.
