As a senior manager of grants and contracts in the legal department at Omidyar Network, Heidi serves as a primary point of contact for the firm’s investment leads and grantees. In this role, she contributes to the structuring of grants and assists with drafting and reviewing grant agreements. Additionally, Heidi helps develop and maintain the firm’s grant policies, procedures, templates, and trainings, as well as supporting projects to implement new systems or workflows.
Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Heidi worked as the lead content entry specialist for Symantec’s global marketing team, and she was an independent contractor in event and travel planning for more than 13 years.
Heidi majored in Modern Languages and Literatures with a minor in Spanish at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
