Heidi serves as senior grants and contracts manager at Omidyar Network. In this role, she manages a vast and multifaceted funding portfolio, providing grantmaking operational support, training, and thought partnership to programmatic colleagues. 

Heidi joined Omidyar Network in 2014 as a legal assistant. In the years that followed, she worked with the Legal team to create and build out the grants management function. As a result, the grants management role became critical to the grant review process and a key support for reimagining systems, developing internal procedures, and innovating and refining best grantmaking practices. Prior to Omidyar Network, Heidi served as lead content entry specialist for Symantec’s global marketing team and was a travel agent and event planner for 13 years prior.

Heidi studied modern languages and literatures, with a minor in Spanish, at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
