As grants and contracts manager with the Legal team at Omidyar Network, David works with the investment teams on structuring grants and conducting due diligence, as well as guiding projects to implement systems improvements and new workflows.

Before joining Omidyar full-time, David customized and maintained Salesforce for the firm as a certified Salesforce administrator and developer. As an independent operations and grantmaking consultant, he advised the Jewish Community Federation and startups in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as global development organizations in Southeast Asia. Previously, he served as a philanthropic advisor and manager of donor relations for Tides Foundation, focusing on a portfolio of international philanthropic donor-advised funds and programs.

David began his career as a business analyst and product manager at Citigroup, where he managed technology and process improvement projects in New York and Latin America. David sits on the board of ImpulseSF, a project of AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

David graduated from the College of Business at Florida State University with a B.S. in finance and minors in art and Italian studies.
