Caroline Raue serves as the manager of portfolio operations at Omidyar Network. In this role, Caroline works cross-functionally to manage the programmatic workflow and budget, streamline processes, and promote industry best practices.
Previously, Caroline led operations for Open Society Foundations’ Economic Justice Program where she built operational systems, managed the program’s budget, and co-led a fund that provided organizations with supplemental operational and DEIB support. Earlier in her career, she worked at Tetra Tech where she supported USAID-funded programs. She is a passionate member of the Emergent Learning community.
Caroline holds a Master of Public Administration and a certificate in non-profit management from George Washington University and a B.A. in environmental studies from St. Lawrence University.
