As a systems administrator, Archie is responsible for providing technical support, IT onboarding, maintaining hardware and software, and documenting and maintaining user applications and systems configuration.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Archie worked on the IT helpdesk at Megachips of America where he provided end-user support in a Windows/Linux environment, installed and configured end-user applications, set up and maintained server systems, and maintained inventory records and documentation. He previously worked as an IT/network technician at Vakitech Solutions where he built and created custom systems and computers for clients, advised clients on applications and hardware options, and configured LAN networks for businesses.

Archie graduated from Heald College with an A.S. degree in networking with an emphasis in security. He also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Linux system administration from Mission College.
