No company is above the law. Our economy needs fair practices to maintain a healthy market so that innovation can thrive and consumers can have real choices. The ruling against Google is a critical step toward ensuring that the digital marketplace remains open and competitive, fostering an environment where new ideas and businesses can flourish, and there is diverse and equitable access to information and opportunities.
