401K retirement plan
- Employer contribution equivalent to 8% of base salary with immediate vesting and no required employee contribution

Holidays and paid time off
- Nine paid company holidays and offices closed from December 25th to January 1st
- 17 days annual vacation accrual, increases one day per year to a maximum annual accrual of 23 days
- Four paid volunteer days off
- 10 days sick time for illness, medical appointments, mental health days, or care of a loved one
- Bereavement days for the loss of immediate family, extended family and friends, and pets
Paid parental leave
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child
Life insurance and disability
- Employer-paid group term life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment: 2x annual salary up to a max of $500,000

The Omidyar Group Giving Program
- Employees across The Omidyar Group organizations are eligible to quadruple the impact of their donations up to $5,000 per employee, with a total possible match of $20,000 per employee annually
