Senior Corporate Counsel

Becca serves as senior corporate counsel on the legal team at Omidyar Network. In this role, Becca provides legal guidance to Omidyar Network on a wide variety of issues, including grantmaking and general operations.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Becca served as general counsel of the Harris-Walz Presidential Transition, deputy general counsel of the Harris for President and Biden for President campaigns, and staff secretary to Vice President Harris. Before joining the administration, Becca practiced law at WilmerHale in Washington, DC. In this role, her work focused on investigations, crisis response, government oversight and enforcement, and compliance. Becca also has experience working for U.S. Senator Leahy.

Becca holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, from which she graduated cum laude, and a B.S. in health policy from the University of Richmond, from which she graduated magna cum laude.
