Noah serves as an associate on the Programs team at Omidyar Network. He has experience in stakeholder engagement, trust and safety operations, and public policy analysis, with expertise in project management and developing strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Noah served as senior manager of corporate partnerships at Civic Nation. In this role, he coordinated activations and fundraising efforts with corporate partners to support the organization’s digital equity, gender equity, and civic engagement initiatives. Previously, Noah served as a legal analyst at Meta Platforms, co-founded and managed the Community-Engaged Research Course at the historically black college Huston-Tillotson University. He has also held internships and fellowships with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, The White House, and Common Cause California.
Noah holds a MPP from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and a B.A. in political science at Emory University.
