As coordinator of talent and operations at Omidyar Network, Lisa supports our talent and operations teams including phone screens and assisting on recruiting related projects and strategies.

Lisa joined the firm in 2014 in roles of increasing responsibility working in the CEO’s office and the Strategic Communications team, before joining the Talent and Operations team in 2020. She came to ON with a background in marketing, office management, and customer service, and spent several years in the real estate industry as both an agent and property manager. Additionally, she also has eight years of experience in radio promotions with Empire Broadcasting and 95.3 KRTY San Jose.

A Cum Laude graduate from Notre Dame de Namur University, Lisa received a B.S. in business administration and an A.A. in administration of justice. Additionally, she also received a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Certificate, from Cornell University in 2021.
