As head of finance at Omidyar Network, Lily develops and advances Omidyar Network’s strategic finance agenda and oversees operational finance for the organization’s hybrid capital model across a global platform.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Lily served as director of finance and operations for the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), a non-profit that codifies and disseminates industry-specific ESG accounting standards for publicly traded companies.  She also served as investment officer for the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, where she led investment services for donor-advised and nonprofit funds. Previously, Lily spent ten years in Germany where she originated debt for leveraged buyouts of middle-market companies for LBBW in Europe. She also served on the board of directors of Eltern-Kind-Zentrum, a multi-generational center for pre-schools, community recreation, and senior assisted-living.

Lily holds a B.S. in economics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
