As director of people operations and administration at Omidyar Network, Joady leads HR initiatives and programs across the firm globally, including recruitment, employee experience, policies, and systems.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Joady served as vice president of human resources at Wikimedia Foundation. In this role, she focused on establishing and growing a global HR function for the organization, as well as defining strategy, policies, and core processes. At Business for Social Responsibility, a global nonprofit, Joady was the director of human resources and member of the executive team. Joady has also managed employee benefits programs for the San Francisco Opera, as well as HR programs and payroll for design firm IDEO.

Joady holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
