ZineOne, a next generation customer engagement hub, today announced that it has raised $2.5 million in a Series A round led by Omidyar Network.
The company uses machine learning algorithms to provide banks and retailers with the ability to engage with their customers real-time, in a highly contextual and personalized manner.
