As a principal based in Buenos Aires, Gabriela sources and manages Governance & Citizen Engagement investments in Latin America.
Gabriela joined the firm from Google Argentina, where she worked for six years in user education, digital business strategy, and market research consultancy. She most recently led the design, implementation, and management of large-scale policy programs for vulnerable populations and first-time internet users in Latin America, and she was the region’s main spokesperson for Privacy, Safety, and User Advocacy. Prior to joining Google, she held positions with the Ministry of National Security and the Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS).
Gabriela received an M.A. in development management and policy from Georgetown University/Universidad Nacional de San Martin and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires with a B.A. in sociology and a B.A. in political science.
