Fanta Conde

Associate, Programs

As an associate at Omidyar Network, Fanta conducts research and analysis to inform the programmatic portfolio, and actively engages across the organization’s investment and stakeholder network to reimagine critical systems and the ideas that govern them.

Prior to Omidyar Network, Fanta was a research assistant for Youth Policy Lab where she reviewed and assessed technical assistance and youth mental health programs throughout Michigan. Fanta is focused on fostering dialogue for peacebuilding, identifying sustainable poverty solutions for disadvantaged communities, and harnessing philanthropy for social impact. She has also worked to overcome the traditional frameworks of institutional giving and encourage valuable partnerships between organizations and grantmaking institutions.

Fanta holds a Master’s in public policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy where she was a Weill Scholar. She earned B.A.s in political science and philosophy from Pennsylvania State University.
