May 8, 2012, Redwood City, Calif. — Omidyar Network kicks off its third-annual Omidyar Network Executive Forum (ONEF) today in Redwood City, California. This year’s theme, Spark. Serve. Scale., shapes the three-day private event attended by more than 100 leaders of 85 organizations supported by Omidyar Network.
ONEF is Omidyar Network’s signature event focusing on leadership and is a strategic component of the firm’s human capital program. Top executives will come together and participate in an event partly shaped by them. Topics of discussion will range from driving innovation and fostering customer engagement to using mobile strategies to scale and how to attract the right talent. The format will include keynotes, workshops, peer learning, practice-area networking, one-on-ones and small-group coaching.
