Open Society Foundation is a Ukrainian nonprofit founded in 2001 to promote the values of open society in Ukraine and to increase the efficiency and accountability of the country’s public policy.

The organization’s Open Access project aims to develop innovative IT tools to increase transparency of the natural resources management in Ukraine. In partnership with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the organization is committed to strengthening the capacity of civil society groups, ensuring wide participation in policymaking, and representation of citizens' interests in policy process.
