Executive Director

Founded in 2014, the Center on Privacy and Technology at Georgetown Law Center was created to bridge the gap between lawyers and technologists. A significant problem plaguing the privacy industry is the inability of those who aren’t technologists to understand how products work, which can be especially detrimental in privacy law cases.

The Center works to create a pipeline of policymakers versed in law and privacy technologies and is also a think tank that conducts research, convenes stakeholders, advocates through collaborations with media, and works to advance privacy policy.
