In the second episode of season 2 of our Founder’s Corner podcast, Omidyar Network partner Shripriya Mahesh sits down with Gina Bianchini, founder and CEO of Mighty Networks. In their wide-ranging conversation, Gina shares how she manages the business day to day, covering everything from daily assessments of big picture goals to tackling customer support tickets to better understand user needs.

Gina has a storied history building social networks and communities online. Before starting Mighty Networks, Gina cofounded Ning with Marc Andreessen and pioneered social community building. Under her leadership, the platform grew to 90 million people across 300,000 active communities in entertainment, politics, and education.
